Parents are trained by fully trained and qualified professionals to make the right choices for themselves and their infants, who will provide the facts, evidence and understanding to guide infants in their care and adjustment to the new world during the first days after birth and beyond. . Our antenatal course consists of six hours spread over 2 evenings. This course is suitable at any stage of pregnancy and covers the following topics:

- mansion maintenance

- nail cutting

- belly care

- some newborn problems that can be seen

- shopping list
