Breastfeeding Counselling

BREASTFEEDING COUNSELLING

It’s completely normal to face some difficulties with breastfeeding before a bond is formed between mother and baby. The first days after birth are very important and need support if breastfeeding is to continue successfully. When mothers have doubts about whether they have enough milk after birth, whether their baby is feeding enough, and how often they should breastfeed, it’s important that they’re able to make the right decision for their baby.

The professional support they receive during this process will make many things easier for them and help them have a happy postpartum period.

I’d like to meet the mother and baby as soon as possible, preferably after the birth. In fact, starting the first breastfeed together helps the family have a much easier and smoother breastfeeding period. Even if we meet later, don’t worry — if you follow my advice and stay in regular contact, we’ll get good results quickly. My breastfeeding counselling service starts with a 2-4 hour home visit. I listen to your experiences during birth and the postpartum period, identify the issue, provide detailed training, and we decide on the path to follow. After that, our 1-week follow-up process begins, with messages, phone calls and online meetings.
