Alya Doula Services (Özge Aydoğan) operates in the United Kingdom and is registered as a data controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This page explains what data I collect from you, why I collect it, and how long I keep it.
What I collect
- Through the contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, estimated due date and message.
- Server logs: your IP address, user-agent and referring page, kept for 30 days for security.
Why I collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and talk about which service might suit you. The form is not a marketing list and your details are not shared with any third party.
How long I keep it
If we do not continue a conversation, contact-form records are kept for a maximum of 12 months. If you become a client, records are kept for the period required by relevant clinical and doula-practice guidance.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to processing of your data. Write to doulaozge@gmail.com at any time. Complaints can be made to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
